We are a dedicated platform committed to the welfare and professional development of Assistant Training Officers (ATOs) , Deputy Training Office (DTOs), Training Officers (TOs) and Principals in Odisha ITIs. Our mission is to empower training professionals by providing resources, skill enhancement opportunities, and a collaborative network to drive excellence in technical education. Through knowledge sharing, policy advocacy, and capacity-building initiatives, we strive to create a progressive and supportive ecosystem for ITI trainers, ultimately contributing to a skilled and empowered workforce in Odisha.

It has been recognized by the Government of Odisha vide Home Department Memo No 2306/ poll Date 26th July 1969 It is also affiliated with national federation of government ITI employee association, India.
